Customer Service & Front Counter Position
Job Description Job duties include:
Will be greeting clients in person and over the phones.
Will also be starting the application process with clients, answering account questions, and processing loan closing documents.
There will be some outbound calling to thank clients for their business and let them know about available funds.
The position does involve cash handing, and some light accounting type duties.
This is an entry-level position which is a combination of reception, customer service, cashier and light office duties.
Requirements:
Applicants need to be comfortable using computers and working with clients over the phone and in person.
Must have earned a GED or High School diploma.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm with an hour lunch.
The rate of pay is $9.
50 -11.
00 per hour depending on experience.
This position is located in Nixa, MO.
This is a direct hire placement though Kelly Services (not a temporary position).
